The room is brand-new and spotless with a clean bathroom, set in a great area very close to the old center, St Joseph's Cathedral, Old Quarter, and restaurants.

Had a fresh breakfast with Vietnamese noodles, fruit juices and also good a la carte options. The staff was attentive, provided an early check-in and a late check-out. Location: the hotel was short walk to many sights and Hoan Kiem. Tried some nice meals at Komo The Church, located near the venue.

The staff at Iris Boutique Hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They made us feel at home and were always ready to help with any questions or requests we had. The room we stayed in was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. I had a fantastic experience at Iris Boutique Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi.

Great bang for your buck, awesome location and delicious food. Having a balcony in the room was a nice touch. Plus, being in the old district gave the place a cool vibe. 🌆

The hotel boasts a great location in a quiet area near a church and has many places to eat within walking distance. the room comes with a kettle, fridge, TV and hairdryer with a/c and a fan. the shower is hot with powerful water. the breakfast cooked to order is delicious and coffee comes highly recommended.

The hotel only accepts cash which can be inconvenient and impractical for many travelers in this day and age.

Great staff, helpful with tours and restaurant recommendations. Central location, close to landmarks and restaurants. Breakfast included in the rate.

Room was small and outdated. Shower had low water pressure and hot water ran out quickly.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The value for money was exceptional, especially considering the prices of other hotels in the area. The attention to detail was evident throughout, from the well-maintained rooms to the friendly and helpful staff. The location was perfect, right in the center of the city, just behind a beautiful church. I loved having a balcony overlooking the bustling lane below. The basic amenities were all there, and the rooms were in excellent condition with comfortable beds. The fact that breakfast was included was a definite plus, and it was a great way to start the day.

Everything was excellent, no improvements needed.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I was extremely impressed. the value for money is outstanding. Not only are the room prices reasonable, but the attention to detail is remarkable. The hotel is located right behind a beautiful church in the center of the city, making it a perfect spot for exploration. The staff here are friendly and provide excellent service. The basic amenities in the rooms are just what you need, including comfortable beds and good bathrooms. I particularly liked that my room had a balcony over the lane, giving me a lovely view of the surroundings. And let's not forget the breakfast, which was included in the price and offered a delicious start to the day.

Everything was absolutely fine, no improvements needed.

The Easter egg hunt was fun and the chocolate treats were a nice touch. the location was great, close to a variety of restaurants and shops. We also appreciated the complimentary tea and coffee in the room.

The noise from nearby construction woke us up every morning. the air conditioning in the room was not working properly and we had trouble sleeping because of the heat.
